Usa - Di Pacci

I bought this machine more than a year ago and held off writing a review to ensure some level of consistency and quality were achieved first. I use this machine every morning to make myself and wife a coffee (usually a flat white but sometimes ill have an espresso). PID temp control is good on both the brew and steam temp, easy to use and set up, steam flow is strong. Warm up times are good but if you are time short for time in the mornings use a smart power socket and set it up to allow enough time (15 mins) for the group head to properly warm prior to use. I have had no issues with the build quality or any faults with the machine. Dipacci were great to buy from and had a great level of customer service, The machine arrived in the wrong colour when I bought the machine so I took it into the local Perth office and they didn't have my colour in stock so it had to be bought in from east but the company rep gave me a machine from the show room to use until my machine came in also threw in a tamper coffee for my troubles.

Brilliant distribution solution, has plenty of weight to it. Quality product.

Only bad thing is the hopper is too small.

Precision Milk Jug / Pitcher - Alternative SKIM MILK

Bought as gift. By all reports it is working very well.

This worked as expected - it's great to get the milk temperature consistent for every coffee!

The picture in the advertising shows no method for attaching it to the wall ie it is a blind attachment. But when I received it there are two holes to screw it onto the wall. They could have been placed where they were hidden by the tools but they weren’t. The advertising could have shown the holes but didn’t. ECM could have designed a blind fitting (they are German engineers after all) but didn’t. So it does what it said it would but looks cheap because of the fitting method

Great machine. I had forgotten how good a great espresso can be.

Nice decaf

I have used many commercial grinders over the years, but this is hands down my favourite grinder aside from a Mahlkonig EK43 I used for a while when working as a Barista. This little grinder really is a work of art, it performs like a workhorse, is super easy to keep clean and has next to zero retention. Something I wasn't prepared for is how quiet this is compared with other home grinders. Personally living in an apartment complex, something I'm conscious of when waking up at 5am to make myself a coffee was the noise while grinding my beans, I never had any complaints, but there was a nervous feeling in the back of my head every time I went to grind my beans, this little guy has truly put my mind at ease in this respect as it is easily half the volume of any other grinder I've owned. Paired with a Profitec Pro 700 V2 and some decent beans, the coffee shots I am producing are truly stunning. Highly recommended from a performance and aesthetic standpoint. I can't comment on dealings with the company itself or the long term reliability, but if this lasts me 5-10 years - I would say it is worth every cent.
