Expobar Onyx PRO 3 Group — Multi-Boiler, High Group

The Expobar Onyx PRO Multi Boiler is a professional-grade espresso machine that blends bold, customizable design with serious extraction control. This 3-group high-group model runs a 17.5-liter steam boiler paired with three independent 1.5-liter group boilers — so each station holds its own temperature for precise, repeatable shots.

A main touchscreen UI plus independent LCD displays on each group let baristas dial in extraction parameters group by group. With natural soft pre-infusion, cool-touch steam wands, and tall espresso groups with fold-away cup trays for take-away cups, it's built for busy specialty cafes that want control and flexibility on the bar.

About This Machine

What does "multi-boiler" mean on the Onyx PRO?
The Onyx PRO runs a large 17.5-liter steam boiler for milk and hot water, plus three separate 1.5-liter boilers — one dedicated to each brew group. Because each group has its own boiler, you can hold different brew temperatures per group, giving you tighter, more repeatable extraction across the bar.
Can I set different temperatures for each group?
Yes. With three independent group boilers and per-group LCD controls, each brew group can be dialed in separately. That's ideal for cafes running multiple blends or single-origins at once, where each coffee performs best at a slightly different temperature.
What does the "high group" configuration offer?
The high (tall) group design gives extra clearance under the group heads, and the fold-away cup trays let you switch between standard espresso cups and taller take-away cups. It's a practical setup for venues doing a lot of to-go service.
Is an auto-steamer available?
Yes. All Onyx PRO models can be optioned with an auto-steamer, which automates milk texturing for consistency and speed during busy service. Talk to our team if you'd like this added to your machine.
