Thermometer

Hitting the right milk temperature is the difference between sweet, silky microfoam and a scalded, flat pour. This collection covers clip-on dial and digital milk thermometers from Precision, Rhino and Coffee Sensor, along with TempTag adhesive stickers for skim and full cream milk, and a Coffee Sensor E61 grouphead thermometer for watching brew temperature at the group.

Clip-on thermometers in 13cm and 18cm lengths suit most milk pitchers, while TempTag packs are a low-cost option for a busy counter where multiple staff are steaming milk. Pair any of these with a milk pitcher sized to match.
