Warranty Exclusions

The following situations are not covered under our warranty. Damage or failure caused by any of these will void warranty protection:

  • Improper water quality — Use of unfiltered, hard, or untreated water that causes scale buildup or corrosion. Proper water filtration is mandatory.
  • Unauthorized modifications — Any modifications, adjustments, or repairs performed by non-certified technicians.
  • Improper installation — Damage caused by incorrect electrical connections, plumbing errors, or failure to follow installation requirements.
  • Commercial use of home machines — Operating a home-rated machine in a commercial environment.
  • Cosmetic wear — Scratches, dents, fading, or other surface marks from normal use.
  • Consumable parts — Gaskets, screens, water filters, brushes, and other items designed to be replaced periodically.
  • Acts of nature — Damage from power surges, floods, fires, lightning, or other external events.
  • Neglect or abuse — Damage from drops, impacts, liquid spills inside electronic components, or failure to perform required maintenance.
  • Used "as-is" machines — Sold without warranty unless explicitly stated in the listing.
⚠️ Water Quality Notice: All commercial espresso machines require proper water filtration to remain under warranty. Damage from scale buildup, mineral deposits, or chlorine corrosion is excluded from coverage. We strongly recommend installing a quality water softener and filtration system before first use. Our team can recommend filtration solutions for your specific water conditions.

How to Claim Warranty Service

If your equipment experiences an issue covered under warranty, follow these simple steps:

1

Contact Us

Email or call our support team with your order number and a description of the issue.

2

Diagnose

Our team will help diagnose the problem remotely via phone, email, or video call.

3

Approval

Once approved, we'll arrange parts shipment, technician referral, or other resolution.

4

Resolve

We work with you until the issue is fully resolved — repair, replacement, or refund.

What You'll Need to File a Claim

  • Order number from your Di Pacci Coffee Company purchase
  • Proof of purchase (email confirmation or invoice)
  • Photos or video demonstrating the issue (when applicable)
  • Description of the problem — when it started, what you've tried, error codes if any
  • Machine model and serial number (located on the bottom or back of the unit)

Warranty Transferability

Warranties are non-transferable and apply only to the original purchaser. If you sell or gift your equipment, the warranty does not carry over to the new owner. This is standard practice across the coffee equipment industry and ensures we can verify ownership and purchase history accurately.

Important Notes

  • Warranty starts on the delivery date, not the purchase date. Keep your delivery confirmation.
  • Register your machine with the manufacturer (where applicable) to activate full warranty coverage.
  • Keep your invoice — proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
  • Use only genuine OEM parts for any repairs to maintain warranty coverage.
  • Follow recommended maintenance schedules — failure to maintain may void warranty.
