The Turin DF54 brings the build quality of the DF64 into a smaller, more compact body. Fitted with custom 54mm stainless steel flat burrs, it delivers a uniform grind for espresso in a footprint that suits even the tightest kitchen counter.
Retention stays below 0.1 g, even without the bellows, thanks to a streamlined design and a plasma generator in the exit chute that neutralizes static. An anti-popcorn mechanism stops beans bouncing, improving speed and grind quality. Stepless adjustment uses a chrome-wrapped dial with a visible metal indicator for precise tuning, and the aluminum body with powder-coat finish is built to last. The hopper holds about 20 g, expanding to 50 g with the included bellows, and a 58mm dosing cup with rubber adapter makes transferring grounds to the portafilter easy.
