Well presented machine that is indeed quiet and precise. Only complaint is the ergonomics and stiffness of the Sliding Valve. The flange should be redesigned for easier “purchase”, especially given the stiffness.

The grinder is really great and I love it . It’s making a great addition with dual boiler machine but my I didn’t like the way my order was handled. You advertise on your website that I would receive my order within a certain date. I made sure to pay extra for fast shipping so I kinda guarantee that my order is arriving fast. However, I just wasted my money on the Fast Shipping, I could have accepted the free shipping because it’s the same as free shipping.
