The Kees van der Westen Spirit Triplette is a hand-built, cult specialty machine, and this pre-loved 3 group had only around 12 months of gentle use. It is in immaculate condition, fully serviced and ready to pour.

Hand-built in the Netherlands by Kees van der Westen, the Spirit Triplette uses a true multi-boiler layout: a large 19.5 litre steam boiler plus an independent brew boiler for each of the three groups, every brew boiler individually PID-controlled to a tenth of a degree for exceptional temperature precision.

Saturated group heads and Kees van der Westen's signature stepless pre-infusion, which builds pressure gradually to full extraction, give the kind of control specialty and competition baristas prize. With three heating elements totalling around 6000 watts, it is a serious high-output machine.

Espresso grind was too coarse

I purchased my ECM coffee machine from di Pacci a month or so ago, and was given a sample of Elements Blend (which was freshly ground while I was there) to try and loved it.
When I ordered the ground 1kg bag online, the grind was too coarse for my machine although I did order Espresso grind. Loved the original sample coffee, but this coarser grind means the coffee runs thru too fast and consequently there is no crema and the coffee is watery. I'd bring it back to the store but live too far away. Perhaps I was accidentally sent the wrong bag?
