DF64V Variable Speed Grinder — 64mm DLC Flat Burrs, 600–1,800 RPM
The DF64V is a major step up from the original DF64, adding tougher DLC-coated burrs and a more powerful variable-speed motor while staying pleasantly quiet. It keeps the wide grind range and near-zero-retention design that made its predecessor a favorite for single dosing.
A 300W variable-speed motor lets you choose anywhere from 600 to 1,800 RPM using a side-mounted rotary knob with an easy-to-read LED display, so you can tailor speed to your beans and brew method. The bellows system and streamlined chamber clear grounds after every dose, and a magnetic anti-popcorn insert stops beans bouncing before they hit the burrs. Grind adjustment now rotates the chamber against a fixed indicator, and the 64mm flat burrs are DLC-coated for a minimum lifespan of around 3,000 kg.
