Description

Di Pacci — 83mm Titanium Flat Burr On-Demand Espresso Grinder

Ceado E37T Coffee Grinder

The Ceado E37T is an Italian on-demand espresso grinder with 83 mm titanium burrs and Ceado's Quick-Set stepless adjustment.

The Ceado E37T is a high-capacity on-demand espresso grinder with 83 mm titanium flat burrs, a motor of around 750 W and a 1.6 kg hopper. Doses are set by programmable timed grinding, and the grind is adjusted with Ceado's stepless Quick-Set mechanism.

The E37 family is built around keeping the grind consistent through a long service: Ceado's Active Thermal Control and a motor designed to limit thermal expansion help stop the grind drifting as the grinder warms, and overload protection guards the motor. The titanium-coated burrs are made to last longer than plain steel in heavy use.

Key Features of the Ceado E37T

⚙️ 83 mm titanium burrs

Large titanium flat burrs grind quickly and hold their edge longer in heavy use.

🎚️ Quick-Set adjustment

Ceado's stepless Quick-Set gear lets you move between settings quickly and precisely.

⏱️ Programmable timed doses

Store doses so each order grinds the same amount straight into the portafilter.

🌡️ Active Thermal Control

Designed to limit heat build-up so the grind setting holds through a rush.

🛡️ Overload protection

High-capacity overload protection guards the motor in continuous use.

📦 1.6 kg hopper

Holds enough beans for a busy morning.

Why Grinder Heat Changes Your Shots

As a grinder works through a rush, the motor and burrs warm up. Heat makes metal expand and shifts the gap between the burrs.

  • A wider or narrower burr gap changes grind size without anyone touching the dial.
  • Shots then run faster or slower, and staff chase the grind all morning.
  • Ceado designs the E37 motor and Active Thermal Control to limit that drift.

Less drift means fewer adjustments, less waste and more consistent espresso through the day.

Di Pacci recommendation: The E37T suits a cafe that values titanium burr life and fast, precise adjustment. Choose the Fiorenzato F83 E XGi if you'd rather set doses in grams. Don't bother with either for a quiet home kitchen; a home grinder will be smaller and cheaper.
