Description

Di Pacci — Multi-Boiler PID Commercial Espresso Machine

Synesso Cyncra Coffee Machine

The Synesso Cyncra gives every group its own brew boiler and temperature, which is why speciality cafes have trusted it for years.

The Synesso Cyncra is a multi-boiler commercial espresso machine: each group has its own 1.9 L brew boiler with programmable temperature, and a separate steam tank (7.7 L on the 2 group, 12.3 L on the 3 group) handles milk. Pre-infusion is programmable, the hot water tap is programmable, and the whole machine is set up from a wired hand-held display.

Where a heat-exchanger machine shares one boiler's heat across every group, the Cyncra lets you run a different temperature on each group, so a light single origin and a darker blend can sit side by side on the bar. It's built for service, too: the group heads have no wear parts, the heat exchangers are removable, and there's an automatic backflush setting for close.

Key Features of the Synesso Cyncra

🔥 Independent brew boilers

Each group has its own 1.9 L boiler, so one busy group doesn't pull temperature from the next.

🌡️ Temperature per group

Set each group to suit a different coffee and keep it there all day.

💧 Programmable pre-infusion

Wet the puck gently before full pressure for more even extraction on fresh, gassy coffee.

🛠️ No wear parts in the group

Synesso's group design and removable heat exchangers cut routine service time.

🥛 Lever steam and cool-touch wands

Ergonomic lever-actuated steam handles and cool-touch wands are kinder on staff through a long rush.

🧽 Auto backflush

A built-in backflush setting makes the end-of-day clean consistent between staff.

Why Separate Brew Boilers Matter in a Busy Cafe

On a heat-exchanger machine, every group's brew water is heated by the same steam boiler, so heavy steaming or back-to-back shots move brew temperature around. The Cyncra separates the jobs.

  • The steam tank only makes steam and hot water, with its own elements.
  • Each group draws from its own PID-controlled brew boiler, held at the temperature you set.
  • Because the groups are independent, you can dial one group for a light roast and another for your house blend.

The result is shot-to-shot consistency that holds up in a rush, and the freedom to run more than one coffee without compromise.

Synesso Cyncra: 2 Group vs 3 Group

Di Pacci recommendation: The 2 group suits most cafes with one or two baristas on the bar; go 3 group if you regularly have three people pulling shots. Don't bother with the Cyncra if you want pressure profiling on every group; look at the Synesso MVP Hydra instead.
