Description

Di Pacci — Home Espresso Machines — USA

9Barista Mk.2 Standard — Stovetop Espresso Machine (Induction)

The 9Barista is a genuinely different kind of espresso machine — a patented twin-boiler system that runs entirely on your stovetop, with no electricity, no pump, and no electronics at all. It heats water to a precise temperature, building real 9-bar pressure regulated between two chambers, for authentic espresso with rich crema straight from a hob.

The Mk.2 update brings a fully machined EcoBrass and stainless steel body, a steatite ceramic thermal break with dramatically better heat resistance, an anodised aluminum chimney, and a thicker boiler O-ring for a longer lifespan. This Standard Induction package includes the induction adaptor plate, so it works on virtually any stovetop, including induction cooktops.

🔥 True 9 Bar Pressure ⚡ No Electricity Required 🍳 Any Stovetop, Incl. Induction 🔧 Fully Machined Castings 🇬🇧 Engineered in Cambridge, UK ✅ Tariffs & Duties Included

About This Machine

Does this need electricity?
No — the 9Barista runs entirely on your stovetop, using pressure and heat alone. No electronics, no pump, no pre-heat required.
How does the twin-boiler system work?
A patented twin-boiler system heats water to a precise temperature, building pressure that's regulated between chambers to deliver a stable 9 bar at around 93°C — genuine espresso conditions, well beyond a moka pot's roughly 0.5 bar.
What's included in the box?
The Standard Induction package includes the 9Barista Mk.2 Standard, a 53mm tamper, an induction adaptor plate, a spare boiler O-ring, a spare safety ring, and a user guide.
What's the difference between Standard and Pro?
The Pro adds a naked portafilter, an IMS precision basket, and a stainless steel basket cap with laser-drilled holes for better shot visibility and more consistent extraction. The Standard uses a regular portafilter, standard 53mm basket, and a silicone basket cap.
