Fiorenzato F83 Electronic Pro — 83 mm Flat Burrs, Touchscreen Control

The F83 Electronic Pro is the straightforward way into Fiorenzato's 83 mm platform. It runs the same hardened steel flat burrs and the same 650 W motor as the gravimetric XGi model, with the same full-colour touchscreen — but without the built-in scale hardware, which is why it lands substantially below the XGi on price.

For most cafes that trade-off is the right one. Stepless micrometric adjustment via ring nut lets you land on an exact grind point, single and double doses are set electronically in seconds, and the touchscreen reports coffee consumption and burr condition so you can schedule maintenance instead of reacting to it. At 16 kg and 230 mm wide it is also noticeably more compact than the XGi, which matters on a crowded bar.

Ideal For

Bars, cafes and restaurants that want 83 mm burr performance and electronic dose control without paying for gravimetric hardware. It suits venues where baristas already weigh doses on a bench scale as part of their workflow, and sites where bench width is tight — the smaller footprint is a real advantage over the XGi.

About This Grinder

What is the difference between the F83 Electronic Pro and the F83 XGi Pro?
Gravimetric dosing. The XGi adds built-in scales and weighs every dose in grams, with an algorithm monitoring each shot. This Electronic Pro shares the same 83 mm burrs, 650 W motor and touchscreen but doses electronically without weighing, which is why it is significantly less expensive and physically more compact. Contact our team if you want the scales confirmed for your configuration before ordering.
Is this grinder certified for a US commercial kitchen?
Yes — it is ETL approved. ETL listing is recognised for commercial food-service equipment in the US, so it should clear inspection and sign-off. Contact our team if your local authority needs specific documentation.
Should I choose the F83, F71 or F64?
Burr size decides it. The F83's 83 mm burrs give the highest throughput and hold grind stability best under sustained load; the F71 sits in the middle at 71 mm; the F64 uses 64 mm burrs for lower-volume sites. Size to your busiest hour rather than your daily average — tell our team your peak cup count and we will match it.
What does the touchscreen actually show?
Coffee consumption data and the condition of the grinding burrs, alongside dose configuration. The burr condition readout is the useful one day to day: it tells you when wear is approaching the point where grind quality drifts, so replacement becomes a scheduled job rather than a diagnosis after your espresso goes off.
