Slayer Espresso Single Group V4 — Commercial Power, Kitchen Footprint

The Slayer Espresso Single Group takes the components that made Slayer's commercial machines famous and fits them onto a standard kitchen counter, running on ordinary 110V power. Same commercial group head, same steam valves, same brew actuator as the two- and three-group models — in a single-group machine you can install at home or in a small venue.

At its heart is Slayer's patented needle valve, the feature the brand built its reputation on. It restricts water flow at the group, letting you grind finer and stretch pre-infusion in a way most machines simply can't — producing a flavor profile that's genuinely distinctive. Independent brew and steam boilers mean you can pull shots and texture milk continuously without pressure drops or temperature loss, a glass touchscreen makes flavor profiling and temperature management straightforward, and a shot mirror lets you watch the extraction as it happens. It's handcrafted, with European Ash wood handles and actuators, and customizable down to the wood type, panel color, and metal finishes.

Why the Slayer Single Group

  • The patented needle valve — restricted flow rate lets you grind finer and shape a flavor profile no conventional machine can reproduce.
  • Genuinely commercial internals — the same group head, steam valves and brew actuator as Slayer's 2 and 3 group machines, rated to a million cycles.
  • Fits a home kitchen — sized for a standard counter and running on 110V, without giving up commercial capability.
  • Independent brew & steam boilers — pull shots and steam milk at the same time, continuously, with no pressure drop or temperature loss.
  • Full control on screen — a glass touchscreen with PID temperature and pressure control, plus personalized steam pressure and a customizable wand tip.
  • Handcrafted and yours — European Ash handles and actuators, with your choice of wood type, panel color, metal finishes and cup rails.

About This Machine

Can I really use this at home?
Yes — that's exactly what the single group was designed for. Slayer sized it to fit a standard home kitchen counter and run on 110V power, while keeping the commercial group head, steam valves and brew actuator from their 2 and 3 group machines. Note it must be plumbed in directly; there's no water reservoir option, so you'll need a water connection and drain.
What does the patented needle valve actually do?
It restricts the water flow rate into the group, which lets you grind considerably finer and extend pre-infusion far beyond what a conventional machine allows. The result is a distinctive extraction profile — more control over how flavors develop in the cup. It's the feature Slayer is best known for.
Can it steam and brew at the same time?
Yes. Independent brew and steam boilers (1.1L and 3.3L) mean you can pull shots and texture milk simultaneously and continuously without pressure drops or temperature loss — the same behavior you'd expect from a full commercial machine.
How customizable is it, and is finance available?
Considerably — you can choose the wood type, panel color, metal finishes and cup rails, with European Ash handles and actuators as standard. Flexible finance is available; see our finance options or contact our team to discuss customization and a plan that suits you.
