Mazzer's in-house 64mm 233M bearing-steel flat burrs produce the uniform particle distribution that balanced extraction depends on, with rich body that cuts through milk. Stepless micrometric adjustment lets you fine-tune for every coffee, while the touch interface stores two programmable time doses plus a manual button for flexibility.
