Fiorenzato F71 E PRO Grinder

The Fiorenzato F71 E PRO is a 71 mm conical burr on-demand grinder with a colour touchscreen, available in black or white for busy cafes.

The Fiorenzato F71 E PRO grinds straight into the portafilter using 71 mm steel conical burrs and an 850 W motor. Single and double doses are programmed on a colour touchscreen that also tracks dose counts, and grind size is set with continuous stepless micrometric adjustment.

Its Pro grinding chamber can be taken out for cleaning without losing the grind setting, so there's no re-dialling after a clean. It has a cooling fan, an energy-saving mode and a 1.5 kg hopper, and comes in black or white.

Key Features of the Fiorenzato F71 E PRO

⚙️ 71 mm conical burrs

Large steel conical burrs for consistent espresso grind at cafe volumes.

📱 Colour touchscreen

Set single and double doses and view dose counters on the screen.

🎯 Stepless adjustment

Continuous micrometric grind adjustment for fine dialling.

🧹 Removable chamber

Take the grinding chamber out to clean without losing the grind setting.

🌀 Cooling fan

Helps keep grind temperature stable through long service.

🔋 Energy-saving mode

Reduces power use during quiet periods.

What the Pro Chamber Adds

Cleaning a grinder properly usually means taking the burrs apart, which loses your setting and means re-dialling afterwards.

  • On the F71 Pro, the grinding chamber comes out as a unit.
  • Your grind setting is kept when it goes back in.
  • So staff can clean more often without disrupting the next service.

Cleaner burrs mean fresher-tasting coffee, and keeping the setting saves coffee and time every clean.

F71 E PRO vs F71 Auto Pro

Same 71 mm conical burr set, two ways to dose.

Feature F71 E PRO F71 Auto Pro (doser)
Dosing On demand, touchscreen Doser chamber, lever dosing
Fresh grind per shot Yes Ground ahead into the doser
Burrs 71 mm conical 71 mm conical
Motor 850 W 850 W
Best for Specialty cafes High-speed traditional service

Di Pacci recommendation: Choose the E PRO for most cafes: grinding on demand keeps every shot fresh. Don't bother if your team prefers the speed and feel of a doser — the F71 Auto Pro suits that workflow.
