Fiorenzato F71 Auto Pro Doser Grinder

The Fiorenzato F71 Auto Pro is a 71 mm conical doser grinder that refills its doser automatically, built for fast, traditional espresso service.

The Fiorenzato F71 Auto Pro grinds through 71 mm conical burrs driven by an 850 W motor into a 250 g doser. A microswitch starts the grinder automatically when the doser runs low, so there's always ground coffee ready to dispense, and doses can be set from about 5.5 to 10 g.

On the Pro version, you can unclip and lift out the grinding chamber for cleaning without losing your grind setting, and the anti-static clip comes off so the chamber and chute can be cleaned thoroughly. Grind size is set with micrometric adjustment, and the 1.5 kg hopper suits a busy bar.
