The Fiamma Nau Classica Pro is a compact Portuguese single-group machine with an E61 group, a 2 litre boiler and 360-degree lever taps for steam and hot water.

The Fiamma Nau Classica Pro pairs a classic 58 mm E61 group with a 2 litre boiler and a 3 litre water tank, drawing about 1.85 kW on a 220 to 240 V supply. Steam and hot water each have their own 360-degree lever tap, so the wands swing wherever your jug or cup needs them.

It's made in Portugal and finished in black as standard, with customisation options available. At about 34 cm wide and 27 kg it fits a home kitchen bench, and the Pro version can be connected to the water mains. If you want a dual boiler or flow control, look further up the range; this is a straightforward, well-built single group.
