Frequently Asked Questions

How long is the warranty on a coffee machine?

All Di Pacci products include a warranty on non-consumable parts. New machines carry 12–24 months, and used or pre-owned machines carry 3 months. Our skilled technicians are available for after-sales support throughout your warranty and beyond.

What is the shipping policy?

We ship US-wide via air freight, with a tracking number provided on every order. Shipping is calculated at checkout. If you'd like a delivery estimate before you buy, contact our team on +1 (646) 774-0590 or see our shipping policy.

Do I have to pay tariffs or customs duties?

No. All tariffs and customs duties are included in the price and covered by Di Pacci Coffee Company. There are no extra steps for you and no surprise fees on delivery — the price you see is the price you pay.

Are used machines tested before sale?

Yes. Every pre-owned, ex-demo, and ex-training-room machine is inspected and fully serviced by our qualified technicians before it ships — many go through a detailed multi-point safety check. They're cleaned, tested, and ready to work on arrival, so you get proven performance at a fraction of new-machine cost.

What is your returns policy?

We offer a 14-day return policy — you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase, and a 30% restocking fee applies. Contact us first to start a return (items sent back without authorization can't be accepted). Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable. See our full return policy or email support@dipacciusa.com.

Do you provide after-sales support?

Yes. Our skilled technicians provide after-sales support to all customers. If you have a question about setup, servicing, or your machine after purchase, reach out any time at support@dipacciusa.com or +1 (646) 774-0590.

Good product

Takes a bit of time to figure out new routine with the grind size on my rancilio rocky and the tamper (how much pressure to apply) - but got some good results

Love the basket, it's everything I was hoping it would be!

Great experience buying from Di Pacci as a New Zealander, all was sorted promptly even with the Omicron situation. Anyway, the ridgeless basket is excellent. Build quality is exceptional and feels thick, sturdy and well finished. My 58.5mm tamper fits well and doesn't cause a vacuum when drawn out, but could probably go as far as 58.55mm for a more perfect fit. The lack of the ridge is a major selling point, as it means less grinds getting stuck on the sidewalls (and transferred onto your shower screen sides) and also pops out much easier for quick cleaning between pulls. Also it just seems to tamp in a more satisfying manner, with few grinds left on the sidewalls. I do notice that it pulls a bit faster towards the tail end of the shot when compared to the standard Fiorenzato basket (which has probably 30% fewer holes). The 18gm ridgeless basket fits my Fiorenzato portafilters just fine. Overall, I love having this basket!
