Rocket Bicocca Dual Boiler Espresso Machine

The Rocket Bicocca brings modern, tech-forward espresso to the home: a true dual-boiler machine with a 3.5 inch touchscreen, volumetric recipes and PID control, wrapped in a design by Valerio Cometti and V12 Design.

It runs two independent insulated stainless steel boilers, a 0.5 litre brew boiler and a 1.5 litre steam boiler (2.0 litres in total), with PID control for precise, stable temperature. The electrically heated group and insulated boilers get you ready to brew in around 8 to 10 minutes.

The touchscreen lets you store volumetric recipes and set pre-infusion and extraction time, plus an Eco mode and a calendar to switch the machine on and off automatically. A rotary pump and 1.8 litre tank, with direct plumb-in option, round out a serious 58 millimetre machine made in Italy.
