Quamar Q13 Touch Plus Coffee Grinder

The Quamar Q13 Touch Plus is an on-demand café grinder with 75 mm flat burrs and a colour touchscreen that counts every dose and tells you when the burrs are due.

The Quamar Q13 Touch Plus grinds straight into the portafilter through 75 mm flat burrs driven by a 480 W motor at 1,400 rpm. Grind size is set on a stepless micrometric collar, and single, double and manual doses are programmed on a 3.5-inch colour touchscreen. The standard hopper holds 1,200 g.

Quamar built the Q13 Touch Plus as a restyle of its M80/E, replacing the front coffee funnel with the colour touchscreen from its premium Sirio-Q grinder. The extra screen is there for the café owner as much as the barista: dose counters you can reset by day, month or year, and a burr wear counter that tells you when it's time to replace the burrs.
