Is the Ride wired for US power?
Yes. The US configuration runs at 115V/1700W — a different spec from the 230V version sold in the EU, UK, Switzerland, and Australia.
Can I run it as a single-boiler machine?
Yes. Despite the dual-boiler design, the Ride is capable of functioning as a single-boiler machine if you'd prefer that mode.
Can I add the E61 Flow Control device?
Yes. Note that if you select the E61 Flow Rate Regulator option, allow for a 2–3 day dispatch delay, since our workshop technicians fit that part before shipping.
What's included with the machine?
A bottomless portafilter, one 1-spout and one 2-spout silicone attachment, 1-cup, 2-cup, and 3-cup filters, a blind filter, a tamper, a cleaning brush, and the instruction manual.
