Profitec Pro 800 V2 Spring Lever Espresso Machine

The Profitec Pro 800 V2 is a spring-lever espresso machine that pairs the tactile ritual of a lever pull with modern heat-exchange convenience and PID control. German-built, it is as much a statement piece as a serious brewer.

At its core is a single large 3.5 litre copper heat-exchange boiler, which draws brew water straight from the boiler through the group during the lever stroke, so you can brew and steam without waiting. A discreet PID display, hidden behind the drip tray, holds brew temperature precisely and adds an ECO mode.

The heavy spring-lever group brings natural pre-infusion and a smooth, declining pressure profile, and it takes a 58 millimetre commercial portafilter. A 2.8 litre tank feeds a vibration pump for boiler fill and group pre-fill, and the machine can switch to direct plumb-in.
