Built in Italy by Sanremo in the Treviso region, the Cafe Racer uses a genuine multi-boiler layout: an independent brew boiler for each group plus a separate steam boiler, every boiler PID-controlled to around a tenth of a degree. On a 2 group that is three boilers in total, so you can dial in and hold different temperatures per group at the same time.
