The Mazzer Mini g combines the iconic Mini design with built-in grind-by-weight technology. This compact, light commercial grinder delivers doses to around ±0.1 g with automatic dose adjustment, making it a dependable partner for small cafes and premium home setups.
A professional built-in scale and vibration-filtering algorithm keep weight-based doses consistent even on a busy counter, with the actual ground weight shown on the TFT display. In grind-by-weight mode the Mini g adapts automatically, so there's no need to reweigh after changing the grind setting. Its die-cast aluminum body and tailor-made asynchronous motor deliver around 2–2.5 g per second through 64mm bearing-steel flat burrs made in-house by Mazzer. Grinding starts from the portafilter or the magnetic, self-aligning stainless dosing cup, and an antistatic system keeps the counter clean.
