Description

Di Pacci — 83 mm Conical On-Demand Espresso Grinder — USA

La Marzocco Swan

The La Marzocco Swan pairs big 83 mm conical burrs with constant motor speed and anti-static technology, so doses drop clean and stay consistent as the grind changes.

The Swan has 83 mm La Marzocco conical burrs, three grinding speeds (100, 150 and 200 rpm), stepless adjustment and a 1.7 kg hopper. It doses by counting burr revolutions rather than by time, and a belt drive keeps motor heat away from the burrs.

Patented anti-static technology neutralises static so coffee falls cleanly into the portafilter with less clumping and waste. The interface shares its architecture with the Linea PB, and the US version runs on standard 120V power.

Key Features of the Swan

  • ⚡ Patented anti-static — an electric field neutralises static so grounds drop cleanly, with less clumping and waste.
  • 🔄 Constant motor speed — burr speed stays steady whatever the grind size or bean resistance.
  • 📏 Dose by revolution — counts burr rotations instead of timing, so doses stay consistent.
  • 🌡️ Low-heat grinding — a belt drive isolates the burrs from motor heat.
  • 🤚 Button-less start — detects the portafilter by conductivity, with no moving parts to wear.
  • 🧽 Easy cleaning — no internal chute; burrs are reachable from above and below without removal.
