La Marzocco Strada AV — Auto-Volumetric Espresso Machine

The La Marzocco Strada AV was built with input from thirty of the world's top baristas — a panel La Marzocco called the "Street Team," which gave the Strada its name. It trades the classic manual paddle for four programmable volumetric buttons per group, so every barista on shift pulls the same dialed-in shot.

Independent coffee boilers let you run a different temperature on each group, while dual PID control keeps both coffee and steam boilers stable through a full rush. Periscope pressure gauges give a live read on coffee boiler pressure at each group, flagging grind, dose, or tamp inconsistencies before they hit the cup.

About This Machine

What does "AV" mean on the Strada?
AV stands for Auto-Volumetric. Each group has four programmable buttons instead of a paddle — the machine measures water volume and stops the shot once your programmed dose is reached.
How does the AV differ from the manual paddle (MP) version?
The MP uses a mechanical paddle for hands-on pressure profiling. The AV swaps that for push-button volumetric dosing — the same shot every time, regardless of who's on the machine.
What's the difference between AV and ABR on this listing?
ABR pairs the AV's volumetric dosing with integrated scales, so you can program and monitor shots by weight as well as volume.
What's the difference between the 2 Group and 3 Group Strada AV?
Both share the same platform. The 3 Group adds a wider footprint, higher wattage, and a larger steam boiler (11.8L vs 8.2L) for higher-volume service.

No. All tariffs and customs duties are included in the price and covered by Di Pacci Coffee Company. There are no extra steps for you and no surprise fees on delivery — the price you see is the price you pay.

Are used machines tested before sale?

Yes. Every pre-owned, ex-demo, and ex-training-room machine is inspected and fully serviced by our qualified technicians before it ships — many go through a detailed multi-point safety check.
