Description

The latest manual espresso machine from Flair is the Signature PRO 2. This new iteration of the Flair boasts the same popular performance and user-friendly design as the original, as well as a number of important new features.

The four major enhancements included with the PRO 2 are:

An enhanced bottomless portafilter for improved flow dynamics
A portafilter outlet made from removable stainless steel
An ergonomic silicone handle grip for fermenting
A silicone encasement to enhance gauge durability
In addition to these new enhancements, the PRO 2 includes the most recent features of the original Signature PRO, including an integrated pressure gauge, a larger capacity, and a two-piece drip receptacle made of stainless steel. The PRO 2 also has a copper-plated portafilter base and is offered in Matte White, Matte Black, or Brushed Chrome finishes.
