Fiamma Caravel 1 Group Commercial Espresso Machine

The Fiamma Caravel 1 group is a compact commercial machine built for small cafes, offices and busy homes, with a large 5 litre boiler and volumetric dosing in a striking design made in Portugal.

It runs a 5 litre copper boiler for strong, continuous steam and stable brewing, with a rotary pump and direct water-line connection for all-day use. A high group head clears larger takeaway cups, and a static pre-infusion chamber helps even out extraction.

The volumetric keypad gives four programmable doses plus continuous flow, with a steam wand, hot-water tap and mounted pressure gauges. Running on 220 to 240 volts at around 1.95 kilowatts, it draws roughly 8 amps and plugs into a standard 10 amp outlet.
