The Eureka Mignon Stark W puts a scale inside the grinder, so the dose you asked for is the dose that lands in the basket, every shot, from the first bag to the last. It's Eureka's grind-by-weight flagship in the compact Mignon body.

The Stark W runs 65mm Diamond Inside flat burrs driven by a 320W AC motor at 1,650 rpm, weighing the coffee as it falls rather than running the motor for a fixed number of seconds. Eureka's Instant Grind Weighing system holds the dose within 0.2 g, pre-calibrated at the factory so it works with any portafilter straight out of the box; an 18 g double takes about nine seconds. A blind upper burr leaves nowhere for grounds to hide, reducing what's left in the chamber between doses. The larger 2.8-inch touchscreen sets doses in grams, saves presets, and switches to continuous mode for filter or moka, while an oversized King Size grind dial makes fine adjustments easy, and a universal fork holds any portafilter hands-free.
