Mazzer ZM Electronic Deli Grinder — White, Ex-Demo

The Mazzer ZM Electronic is a commercial retail grinder built for cafes, roasteries, and specialty counters that grind and bag coffee to order. This white unit was a short-lived demo, originally purchased by a roaster who ultimately chose a different grinder for their workflow, so it saw light use before coming back to us cosmetically close to new.

Behind the panel it runs on 83mm flat burrs with Mazzer's electronic True Zero calibration and 20 programmable grind settings, so baristas can dial in and recall a precise grind for retail bags or on-demand cups without re-calibrating from scratch every shift.

Why the ZM Electronic

  • 83mm Flat Burrs — a consistent, retail-grade grind for bagged coffee and on-demand cups.
  • Electronic True Zero Calibration — a fixed burr-to-burr reference point for fast, repeatable dial-in after cleaning.
  • 20 Programmable Grind Settings — save and recall dial-in profiles straight from the LCD control panel.
  • Low-RPM Motor — grinds at a controlled speed to limit heat build-up and protect flavor.
  • Ultra-Low Retention — under 0.45g of grounds carried between batches, so less stale coffee reaches the cup or bag.
  • Electronically Controlled Cooling Fan — keeps burr temperature in check through high-volume retail grinding runs.

About This Grinder

What's the difference between this and the black Mazzer ZM Electronic?
Both are the same Mazzer ZM Electronic retail grinder; this listing is the white-finish, ex-demo unit. A black-finish ZM Electronic is listed separately — contact our team if you'd like to compare finish, condition, and availability before you buy.
Is this grinder for espresso or for retail/bulk grinding?
The ZM Electronic is a retail deli-style grinder, built for grinding whole-bean coffee on demand or into bags at a counter, rather than dosing directly into a portafilter for espresso.
Why is this unit sold without its original box?
This was a demo unit bought by a roaster who moved to a different grinder, so it saw light use before returning to us. It's cosmetically close to new but no longer has its retail packaging.
Can I recall my grind settings after cleaning the burrs?
Yes. The electronic True Zero calibration gives the grinder a fixed burr-to-burr reference point, so you can re-zero after cleaning and recall any of the 20 saved grind profiles without starting dial-in from scratch.
