Di Pacci — Commercial Grinders — USA

Compak Bolt 64 Coffee Grinder — 64 mm Burrs, Touchscreen Control

The Compak Bolt 64 is the right-sized Bolt for most cafes. It carries the same 610 W motor, 2.8" touchscreen, dual Predose and Fresh modes and micrometric parallel adjustment as its bigger sibling, on 64 mm burrs turning at 1,300 rpm — 20 kg/h at the espresso point, or a 7 g dose in 2.1 seconds.

That specification suits a one or two group bar comfortably. Most venues never approach the ceiling of the larger 83, and paying for throughput you do not use is money that would be better spent on beans or a second grinder for decaf. The two modes still give you the flexibility that defines the Bolt range: Predose for pre-ground speed at peak, Fresh for on-demand grinding when quality matters more than seconds.

  • Burr access without losing your setting — clean and swap, then carry on.

About This Grinder

Should I choose the Bolt 64 or the Bolt 83?
Volume decides it. The 64 produces 20 kg/h with a 7 g dose in 2.1 seconds; the 83 produces 30 kg/h in 1.6 seconds. For a one or two group bar the 64 is usually the correct choice, and the half-second per dose only matters when you are grinding continuously through a sustained rush. Tell our team your daily cup count and we will confirm.
What is the difference between Predose and Fresh mode?
Predose serves one or two doses ground in advance, so coffee is ready the instant you need it — fastest at peak. Fresh grinds one, two or three doses on demand, which is better for flavour because the coffee is ground at the moment of use. The Bolt lets you switch rather than committing to one workflow.
How long do the 64 mm burrs last?
Burr durability is rated at approximately 1,000 kg, with tempered 100Cr6 steel recommended for food use. The grinder tracks throughput and raises a wear alarm as the burrs approach that figure, so you replace them on data rather than after noticing your espresso has drifted.
Is this grinder new, and what warranty does it carry?
It is brand new, supplied to full manufacturer specification with our new-equipment warranty on non-consumable parts. Our qualified technicians provide setup guidance and after-sales support, including advice on burr replacement when the wear alarm triggers.
