The Ceado Rev Zero WAM sits at the top of Ceado's Rev series and is built for flavor clarity. After each grind, Sweep Out Dual Spin briefly reverses the burrs to clear the chamber, leaving about 2 g behind and delivering around 99% of the coffee to the basket. This black edition carries the official World Barista Championship logo.
Its 83mm RSZ83 Red Speed flat burrs, made from K110 steel with a titanium-aluminum carbon nitride coating, are rated for roughly 4 tons of coffee. A 900W motor turning at 1,480 rpm (50 Hz) grinds about 5.2 g per second, and the Weight Adjustment Module is fitted as standard: it tares the portafilter and stops at your target within 0.1 g, with three programmable doses plus manual grinding. Grounds Temperature Management, Steady Lock burr positioning, and a suspended, decoupled motor keep grinding cool, consistent, and quiet at about 62 dB.
