It depends on how many cups you brew at once — "cup" sizes refer to small Italian espresso cups (about 30ml each). A single drinker suits the 1 or 2 cup, couples suit the 2 or 3 cup, and families or dinner parties suit the 6 cup.
Will the Moka Express work on an induction stove?
No — the classic Moka Express is aluminum and isn't induction-compatible. It works on gas, electric, and ceramic stovetops.
