What's the difference between the Matrix MN and DE?
Both are dual-boiler machines with dual PID, a rotary pump, and light-up panels. The Matrix MN is the lever model with manual dosing — you control each shot by hand. The Matrix DE is the electronic model with volumetric dosing — you program shot volumes and repeat them at the touch of a button. Contact our team if you'd like help deciding.
Why is a dual boiler better than a heat exchanger?
A dual-boiler machine has separate boilers for brewing and steaming, each independently temperature-controlled, so you get stable brew temperature and full steam power at the same time. Combined with the Matrix's dual digital PID, this gives precise, independent control over both.
