Its 40mm M2 steel conical burrs deliver uniform particle size for clearer extraction, and fine micro-adjustment through the espresso range, in steps of about 2.2 microns, makes dialing in straightforward.
A digital display shows your grind setting and timer, so changes are visible and repeatable. Choose Timer Mode for repeated doses or Auto-Stop for single-dose convenience, with both a 300 g bean hopper and a 45 g single-dose hopper included. An ionizer neutralizes static as grounds leave the chute, a flow-control disc regulates bean feed for more consistent dosing, and a built-in barista light keeps the grind area visible.
