The Baratza Encore ESP is an entry-level home espresso grinder with 40 mm M2 steel conical burrs. Its dual-range adjustment uses settings 1 to 20 in small micro-steps for espresso, then 21 to 40 in larger steps for pour-over, filter and plunger.

A 54 mm dosing cup with a 58 mm adapter catches grounds cleanly for transfer to your portafilter, and the burr lifts out without tools for cleaning. A 550 rpm DC motor keeps grinding steady and cool.
