when I received the grinder, i was a bit dubious because there was grinds all through the internals. Di Pacci responded very promptly to say this was duet to their testing. it is good to see that they have since updated the website to explain this. i also noted that the label machine states it is a 150 W motor (not 250 W as was previously advertised, but since updated), and a 60mm Burr (not 80mm as it is still advertised, at the time of writing).

For health reasons, I have to drink decaf - and this usually means the sweepings off the factory floor, or worse - preground! After buying a machine from Di Pacci and getting not only great customer service, I got some of their decaf beans. Smooth, flavourful, and none of what I call the decaf curse - a "washed" aftertaste. I will return again and again.

My problem was with the choice of courier, Aramex, which took almost two weeks to make the delivery from Sydney to Bathurst, NSW. In comparison, a competitor of that company was able deliver two parcels (one from Brisbane, one from Newcastle) which were ordered two days after the one from Di Pacci, within four days.
