The La Marzocco Strada AV brings the flagship Strada platform together with auto-volumetric dosing, grinding fast, consistent service into a single iconic machine.
As an AV (auto-volumetric) machine, the Strada doses each shot to a programmed volume — three programmable buttons per group plus continuous — and the flow meter stops the shot automatically. There is no mechanical paddle and no manual pressure or flow profiling.
It runs a multi-boiler system — an independent coffee boiler for each group plus a separate steam boiler, each PID-controlled — with La Marzocco's exposed saturated groups for exceptional thermal stability, shot after shot. A commercial rotary pump drives the system.
Built by La Marzocco in Florence, Italy, it takes 58 mm commercial portafilters and is available in 2 or 3 group.
