Hario's Clear Water Dripper is a stunning combination of aesthetics and function. With exceptional yield, this cold water dripper produces a brew that is remarkably low in acidity, bitterness, and astringency. Cold brew made with this dripper can be refrigerated for 2-4 weeks and is delicious served neat or over ice.

Brewing with cold water preserves delicate flavor compounds while eliminating bitter oils and acids extracted at higher temperatures. The precision metal valve controls the drip, ensuring perfect drop-by-drop percolation. Slowly, coffee flows through the stainless-steel filter into the heat-treated glass pot below, producing up to 750ml of coffee.

Constructed of glass and acrylic, the dimensions of the unit are 15cm wide x 46cm tall. For the perfect brew, a "rule of thumb" ratio of 60 grams of coffee to one litre of water is recommended.
